    The Jaga Geo Vertical is a heavy radiator formed completely from granulated natural stone, a composition of mineral materials. It is supplied in a choice of stylish black or light grey gloss finishes, to complement any interior. Geo Vertical has a slightly curved smooth and seamless surface and is very easy to maintain.

    Material

    The Geo is a heavy radiator formed completely from granulated natural stone: a composition of mineral materials. It is available in a range of eight stone colours, which combine perfectly with allnatural materials.

    The surface of the Geo is smooth and seamless and very easy to maintain. All other parts,such as the towel rail, are made out of brushed stainless steel. The Geo has a slightly curved surface and model 1800x600mm is fitted with vertical convection shafts on the inside. The Geo can be equipped with an electrical element with an electronic thermostat.

    For central heating wet system/electric only/mixed application.

    Connection

    The sockets 1/2” at the top end and bottom end of the radiator
    are integrated and therefore not visible. Provided with a
    chrome-plated air vent and drain plug 1/2”.

    Brushed stainless steel wall fixings are supplied with every
    standard delivery.

    How to install

    The building services engineer chooses the radiators considering
    following conditions:

    • A heat output calculation according to the standard.
    • The heat output and the dimensions of the Geo radiators according to EN 442. 
    • The radiators may be wall mounted when using the wall fixings supplied.
    • The specially designed thermostatic connection sets thermostatic Jaga Deco manual Jaga Deco valves can be connected to plastic central heating service pipes RPE/ALU tube copper tube/steel pipe. Jaga thermostatic heads, Jaga Deco thermostatic heads chrome/white/Jaga Comap thermostatic heads silver not to be to be fitted.

  • Installation

    Take a look at our installation video for Geo Vertical.

    Note: We recommend that installation is undertaken by a competent plumber or heating engineer. When mounting, do make sure that the surface onto which the radiator is fixed will provide a secure location for fixings.

    Fig 1, 2, & 3,
    Mark out fixing positions as shown, drill holes and mount the brackets using the bolts supplied.

    This radiator is suitable for C.H. bottom end connection. Make sure that you follow the instructions relevant to bottom end connection only. Please ignore other instructions unless a separate electric heating element has been purchased.

    The Geo is mounted by lifting it high enough so that the back cross members will locate over the wall Brackets and then slide down into place.

    Fig 5 & 6,
    Level Geo and carefully install the air vent & plug into the location indicated. Plumb in the Geo using PTFE tape if necessary (refer to valve installation instructions). The flow and return can be either side but ensure that the valves are correctly positioned.

    Filling the Radiator
    Close the Return valve & open the Flow by 10%. Water should be allowed to flow in slowly to prevent the formation of airlocks. Vent from the air vent on the side opposite from the flow in. Once the radiator is filled with water close the air vent and open both valves fully.

    INSTALLATION SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN ONLY BY A COMPETENT PLUMBER OR HEATING ENGINEER. MAKE SURE THAT THE SURFACE ONTO WHICH THIS RADIATOR IS TO BE MOUNTED WILL PROVIDE A SECURE LOCATION FOR FIXINGS.

    Mount the Geo by removing the back packaging and using the wooden frame to lift with. The Geo is mounted by lifting it high enough so that the back cross members will locate over the wall Brackets and then slide down into place.

    Remove the packaging by removing the 4 securing lugs using a Radiator valve key.
